Bar Manager / Duty Manager – Local House Bar & Grill
Location: Beeliar, Perth WA

About the Role
Local House Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced, motivated and professional Bar Manager or Duty Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy pub, tavern, bar or hospitality venue who can confidently manage daily operations, lead staff and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar and venue operations.
- Lead, supervise and train bar and front-of-house staff.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Manage stock control, ordering and inventory.
- Handle cash management, opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements.
- Support rostering, staff performance and cost control.
- Assist with functions, events and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant hospitality management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working in a busy pub or tavern environment.
- Current RSA certificate.
- WA Approved Manager accreditation or willingness to obtain it.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable, skilled and capable of working independently.
