Why JET Charge?
JET Charge is helping lead one of the most significant shifts in energy and transport in a generation.
Our mission is clear: to provide EV charging at no cost, with no emissions. We’re building Australia’s electrified future by developing the infrastructure and technology that makes clean transport more accessible through innovation in charging, grid, and energy management systems.
As Australia’s leading EV charging company, we work across the infrastructure, software, and technical delivery that sit behind complex commercial charging projects. This is an opportunity to join a business shaping how EV charging will be designed into public locations, commercial sites and infrastructure projects in the years ahead.
The Role
JET Charge is looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator to manage, support and optimise our NetSuite and simPRO platforms, along with the integrations connecting them to our wider technology setting.
This is a technical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving system issues, improving platform performance and ensuring business-critical applications run smoothly.
You'll be responsible for day-to-day system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations and user access management. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, you'll help maintain reliable, secure and well-documented systems that support our operations.
We're particularly interested in candidates with strong NetSuite administration experience. Previous exposure to simPRO is highly regarded, although experience with similar field-service or project-management platforms is also valuable.

- Configure NetSuite workflows (SuiteFlow), custom fields, forms, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, approvals and alerts.
- Maintain simPRO settings, cost centres, catalogues,
templates and automations.
- Implement approved system changes relating to item masters, pricing, costing and data mapping.
- Test system changes and vendor updates in sandbox environments before production deployment.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Act as the primary technical contact for NetSuite and simPRO support requests.
- Investigate and resolve system configuration issues, incidents and technical errors.
- Manage and prioritise support tickets using JIRA, monitoring resolution times and recurring issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, controls and user experience.
Integrations & Technical Development
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite, simPRO and third-party applications.
- Investigate integration failures, resolve data-mapping issues and identify root causes.
- Support NetSuite APIs, minor scripting requirements and system automations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on more complex integration changes.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and integration health reporting.
Reporting, Security & System Improvements
- Develop and maintain NetSuite saved searches, operational reports and dashboards.
- Investigate data-quality issues and ensure reporting remains accurate and reliable.
- Administer user accounts, roles, permissions and access controls.
- Support security reviews, system upgrades, production releases and change management.
- Provide technical advice on system capabilities, limitations and the impact of proposed changes.
- Maintain system documentation, troubleshooting guides and technical knowledge resources.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated hands-on NetSuite administration experience, ideally in an ERP Systems Administrator, NetSuite Administrator, Business Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong experience configuring NetSuite workflows, custom fields, forms, saved searches, reporting and role permissions.
- Experience troubleshooting ERP systems, supporting end users and resolving technical incidents.
- Working knowledge ofNetSuite integrations, APIs and data mapping, with the ability to investigate and resolve integration errors.
- Familiarity with SuiteScript or the ability to implement minor NetSuite customisations.
- Experience managing system changes, testing configurations and coordinating production releases.
- Understanding of data integrity, access controls and system security.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as JIRA.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, organised approach to documentation, vendor coordination and continuous improvement.
