Our business brings together three established Australian B2B marketplaces IndustrySearch, MedicalSearch and HospitalityHub—alongside EasyAsset, our finance brokerage.

Our marketplaces connect business buyers with equipment suppliers across industrial, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, medical and hospitality sectors. EasyAsset complements these platforms by helping buyers access equipment, vehicle and business finance.

We are seeking a commercially minded Marketing Specialist to attract qualified buyers, generate supplier enquiries and grow demand for finance across our connected businesses.

About the role

Working closely with the founder and commercial team, you will develop and deliver marketing initiatives across IndustrySearch, MedicalSearch, HospitalityHub and EasyAsset.

You will combine market research, campaign planning, AI-assisted content and conversion optimisation to improve how buyers discover our marketplaces, compare suppliers, request quotes and explore finance options.

Key responsibilities

- Research buyer needs, industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities across our marketplaces and finance services.
- Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to the audiences of IndustrySearch, MedicalSearch, HospitalityHub and EasyAsset.
- Plan and optimise organic search, paid advertising, email and retargeting campaigns to attract relevant business buyers.
- Develop category content, landing pages, buyer guides, supplier case studies and finance-related marketing materials.
- Use AI-assisted tools to support research, content production and campaign testing while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
- Analyse buyer journeys and test improvements to supplier comparison,



quote requests and finance enquiry pathways.
- Develop campaigns that attract equipment suppliers and communicate the value of participating in our marketplaces.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives supporting supplier engagement, customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor campaign budgets and report on enquiry quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs and marketing returns.
- Maintain a prioritised marketing roadmap and coordinate delivery with commercial, product and external marketing teams.
- Provide customer and market insights to inform platform improvements and service positioning.
- Ensure marketing materials complete relevant internal accuracy and compliance reviews before publication.

Skills and experience

- A relevant degree in marketing, business or communications, or substantial relevant professional experience.
- At least three years of relevant experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or demand generation.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Experience with SEO, paid advertising, website analytics and conversion optimisation.
- Practical experience using AI tools within marketing workflows.
- Strong analytical, copywriting and project management skills.
- Ability to translate customer insights into measurable marketing improvements.
- Experience in B2B marketing, digital marketplaces, equipment industries or financial services is desirable.
