Location: Frenchs Forest, Northern Beaches, Sydney
Duration: 5 Months (Possible Extension)
Work Type: Casual, Part time – 2 Days per Week
Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate post-installation activities and technology deployments.
- Provide Level 2 IT support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Configure devices, validate network connectivity, and perform functional testing.
- Coordinate with field installers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain deployment documentation, asset records, and support tickets.
Skills Required:
- Experience in Level 2 IT Support, Technical Coordination, or Deployment Engineering.
- Knowledge of Windows devices, networking, and endpoint configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience in multi-site deployments is highly desirable.
