Our client is an established international business operating across cybersecurity, risk, compliance and assurance services, with ambitious plans to expand its presence in Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially accomplished Country Lead to establish and drive the next phase of regional growth.

This is an opportunity to build a market rather than inherit one. Working directly with international leadership, you will shape the go-to-market strategy, develop strategic partnerships, win enterprise customers and establish the commercial foundations for a scalable regional business.

The role offers considerable autonomy, backed by international expertise, established capabilities and operational support.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute the Australia and New Zealand go-to-market strategy, identifying priority markets, customers and commercial opportunities.
- Personally build pipeline, develop senior customer relationships and lead complex enterprise sales opportunities through to close.
- Establish and activate strategic partnerships across the cybersecurity, technology, advisory and channel ecosystem.
- Build market presence and represent the business with customers, partners and industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop commercially relevant solutions for customers.
- Provide market intelligence, commercial forecasts and recommendations to international leadership.
- Help shape future investment and team development as the regional business grows.

What You'll Bring

- A demonstrated track record in enterprise sales, business development or market leadership,



ideally within cybersecurity, technology or qualified services.
- Experience establishing new markets, launching business lines or developing an early-stage commercial operation.
- Strong commercial networks and the credibility to engage senior technology, security, risk and business executives.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and translate relationships into measurable revenue.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and personally delivering commercial outcomes.
- An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach, with the independence and judgement to operate in a developing market.
- Experience working within an international organisation and collaborating across geographically distributed teams.

Highly regarded

- Experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance or assurance services.
- Existing relationships across Australian cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, enterprise technology or government-related markets.
- Experience developing partner-led go-to-market strategies.
