A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join a growing national practice recognised for its modern approach to legal services and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Working alongside highly experienced practitioners, you will manage your own matters with a high degree of autonomy while benefiting from the support of a collaborative national team. The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of litigation and dispute resolution matters across a range of industries and sectors. The position provides the opportunity to take ownership of files from commencement through to resolution, including running your own court appearances and engaging directly with clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing a litigation and disputes caseload from inception to resolution.
- Conducting court appearances, hearings and enforcement proceedings.
- Assisting with and attending mediations, settlement conferences and negotiations.
- Advising on commercial disputes, debt and asset recovery matters, insolvency issues, insurance-related disputes and financier matters.




- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Providing commercially focused and practical legal advice.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to further growth of the practice.
- Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers and support staff.

Ideal candidate:

- 4-6+ years' post-admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Experience acting for corporate clients, financiers, insurers, recovery agencies or other commercial clients.
- The ability to confidently manage files with a high level of autonomy.
- Experience appearing before courts and tribunals.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
- A commercial and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities and a client-focused mindset.
