Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic Casual Chefs of all levels to join our dynamic team in Braddon, Australian Capital Territory. This role offers flexible working hours in the vibrant hospitality and catering industry, where you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. Whether you are an experienced chef or just starting your culinary journey, we welcome your passion and creativity in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and dietary requirements.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure productive kitchen operations and timely service.
- Support the head chef in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.





Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within hotels. Training will be provided where required;
- Basic food hygiene certification is desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Passion for food and a willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
- Must be available to work on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
