Youll enjoy a varied role supporting both our clinical and front-office teams including:

- Providing chairside assistance to our clinicians across a variety of dental procedures.
- Supporting surgical extractions implant placements Invisalign and general dentistry.
- Preparing treatment rooms instruments and equipment in line with infection control standards.
- Welcoming patients and creating a positive friendly experience from the moment they walk through the door.
- Managing appointment bookings patient enquiries and payments.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and completing general administrative duties.
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who is confident organised and enjoys working in a busy dental practice.

Ideally youll bring:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant with a good understanding of dental procedures terminology and infection control.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing reception duties in a dental practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with patients.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
