Were seeking an experienced Manager Business Intelligence to lead our BI function and help drive smarter decision-making across a national organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership commercial insight and technical expertise to deliver high-impact reporting analytics and data solutions that influence executive decision-making and business performance. Based in any atWork Australia location this 12-month contract will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives and advancing our data capability.

You will:

- Lead the Business Intelligence function across atWork Australia leading a team of 5 direct reports.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions
- Drive data quality governance and a single source of truth approach
- Partner with Finance Operations and Executive stakeholders to support commercial outcomes
- Lead forecasting budgeting and performance analysis activities
- Prioritise BI initiatives and manage competing business requirements
- Provide advanced analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop BI team members while fostering a customer-focused culture
- Support ongoing innovation process improvement and data maturity across the business

Qualifications :

Were looking for a commercially minded BI leader who can translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.

Youll ideally bring:

- Extensive experience in Business Intelligence Analytics or Data Management leadership roles




- Strong Power BI development experience including DAX and dashboard design
- Advanced SQL and data modelling capabilities
- Experience working with Databricks and modern data platforms
- Proven people leadership experience including leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery
