- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with hotel procedures
- Provide a smooth and skilled arrival and departure experience for guests
- Assist with guest luggage including collection delivery and storage
- Greet and escort guests offering friendly and helpful service at all times
- Maintain high attention to detail and ensure vehicles and guest property are handled with care
- Support the Concierge and Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Keep work areas clean organised and secure
- Follow all safety security and hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications :

- Previous experience in a Front Office Concierge or customer service role preferred
- Valid drivers licence with ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Professional presentation and grooming standards




- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
