As Commercial Manager Consider & Book youll play a key role in shaping commercial priorities across Jetstars shopping and booking journey. Youll help drive the overall strategy for this commercial domain identify and size new opportunities bring together existing commercial priorities understand dependencies and provide the insights that help influence investment and roadmap decisions.

With a strategic future-focused lens youll balance near-term commercial value with longer-term capability and Jetstars evolution towards modern retailing helping turn commercial opportunities into clear actionable plans.

Were searching for someone who:

- Brings 5 years experience across commercial strategy pricing revenue management digital retail ancillary or distribution environments.
- Has strong strategic commercial and analytical capability including business case development and financial modelling with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.




- Can identify and size opportunities and turn multiple strategies and initiatives into a coherent commercial view and longer term plan.
- Has experience prioritising competing opportunities and balancing near-term value with longer-term strategic capability.
- Is comfortable establishing new planning frameworks processes and ways of working.
- Can influence and build alignment across senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Is comfortable working through ambiguity and change with a collaborative and constructive approach.
- Ideally brings aviation or travel experience although broader commercial or strategy experience is highly relevant.
