THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a role for a true salesperson – someone who knows how to CREATE sales, not just wait for them.

You'll be selling our therapeutic sleep systems to customers across Australia through telephone-based sales.

You'll have access to new customer enquiries, previous enquiries and leads to follow up. However, we're particularly interested in proactive sales professionals who are confident prospecting, identifying opportunities and generating their own sales.

We want HUNTERS, not order takers!

Your responsibilities will include:

- Making confident, professional inbound and outbound sales calls.




- Proactively prospecting and generating new sales opportunities.
- Following up new, existing and previous customer enquiries.
- Building rapport, identifying customer needs and presenting solutions.
- Confidently handling objections, negotiating and closing sales.
- Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to sale.

ARE YOU THE SALES SUPERSTAR WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

We're not looking for someone who simply has sales experience on their resume.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate genuine sales success.

Your'll ideally bring:

- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong telephone sales experience, including outbound prospecting.
- The confidence and determination to generate your own opportunities.
- Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build trust, identifying buying signals and close deals.
- Resilience, persistence and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Strong organisational, computer and CRM skills.
- The self-discipline and accountability to succeed while working remotely.
- A genuine desire to earn significant commissions through outstanding performance.

Experience in high-ticket sales, furniture, bedding, automotive, home improvement, telecommunications or other competitive sales environments will be highly regarded.

Most importantly, we want salespeople who back themselves and have the results to prove it.
