InnoSeeds is a vegetable seed and research company seeking reliable, hands-on farm workers to join our small team in Virginia, South Australia. We have up to two casual positions available.

The role involves caring for greenhouse vegetable crops and supporting farm and research activities. Previous greenhouse or horticultural experience is preferred, but we are happy to train a reliable beginner with a willingness to learn.

These are casual positions with approximately full time hours, Monday to Friday, with early morning starts and no weekend work. Expected start: mid-November 2026. Pay will be in line with the applicable award.

Responsibilities and duties

- Planting, pruning, trellising and harvesting vegetable crops.
- Assisting with irrigation, fertigation and crop protection activities.
- Cleaning and maintaining greenhouses, equipment and work areas.
- Supporting crop trials, including basic measurements and record keeping.
- Assisting with pollination,



seed extraction and other breeding activities as required and following training.
- General farm labour and following workplace safety procedures.
