Your new role
As an AI Configuration Engineer, you'll assess, configure, test and deliver new AI features across enterprise Generative AI platforms.
This is not a traditional software development role. You'll focus on AI platform configuration, integration, governance and delivery, taking new features and models through assessment, testing, security review and transition into production.
You will:

- Configure and support Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI agents
- Test and assess new Generative AI features and LLM model updates
- Troubleshoot platform, policy and configuration issues
- Support security, privacy, governance and operational readiness
- Automate deployments through CI/CD and ALM practices
- Support technical and business users adopting AI capabilities

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a hands-on, self-driven engineer with experience across:

- Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio




- ChatGPT Enterprise and Generative AI
- Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Azure, REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
- LLMs, agents, grounding and model selection
- Security, identity, DLP and information protection
- CI/CD, SDLC, testing and change management
- Enterprise AI governance and risk assessment

PowerShell or Python experience is highly desirable. Exposure to Azure DevOps/GitHub, Azure AI Foundry, RAG, MCP, Purview, Entra ID or agentic AI architectures will also be advantageous.
