Tumby Bay Hospital is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for a four-week contract placement in South Australia, running from 11 December 2026 to 8 January 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a rural healthcare setting, supporting the Emergency Department, acute care, and aged care services. The role offers flexible hours between 0.63 and 1.0 FTE (76 hours per fortnight for full-time equivalent), giving you control over your commitment during the summer period.

- Based in Tumby Bay, South Australia, with potential for shift-by-shift redeployment based on operational needs

Preferred Requirements

- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA




- Experience working in emergency, acute, or aged care environments
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple clinical areas and adapt to changing priorities
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to work in a rural healthcare setting with variable staffing and skill mix

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) or equivalent qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous experience in rural or remote healthcare settings is advantageous
