About the Opportunities
With the new year approaching, Core Talent is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Support professionals interested in temporary, contract and permanent opportunities across Brisbane in 2027.
We work with a range of established businesses across multiple industries and are looking to connect with candidates who may be considering their next career move or are available for upcoming assignments.

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Managing recruitment activities from advertising through to onboarding.
- Screening candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and talent sourcing initiatives.
- Coordinating recruitment across white-collar and/or blue-collar workforces.
- Preparing employment documentation and coordinating pre-employment checks.
- Maintaining recruitment systems and accurate candidate records.
- Providing general recruitment and administrative support.
We are interested in hearing from candidates who have:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, internal recruitment or recruitment support.
- Experience recruiting across white-collar and/or blue-collar positions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with recruitment systems and applicant tracking platforms.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy setting.
- A proactive, adaptable and team-oriented approach.
Experience across different industries and levels of recruitment support will be considered.
