Job Description

- Processing high-volume payroll transactions in an accurate and timely manner
- Reviewing payroll reports and identifying discrepancies, exceptions and required actions
- Responding to payroll-related enquiries from employees and stakeholders
- Processing leave, employee movements, contract changes and terminations
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting data integrity
- Assisting with payroll reconciliations and compliance activities
- Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies




- Collaborating with team members to deliver a high-quality payroll service

The Successful Applicant

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Experience working in payroll, administration or another high-volume processing setting
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
