This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to join an established organisation where they can provide practical HR advice, support business leaders and contribute to a range of people initiatives.

About the Role:

As the HR Advisor, you will provide generalist HR support across the business, working closely with managers and employees on a variety of people-related matters.

This role will suit someone who enjoys a hands-on HR position, is confident providing advice to stakeholders and can balance day-to-day operational HR responsibilities with broader people and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.




- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and reporting.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

About You:

- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR practices.
- Experience managing employee relations matters and providing practical HR advice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, approachable and solutions-focused attitude.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
