We're seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of utility-scale battery storage assets, driving operational performance, commercial outcomes and long-term asset value.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee asset performance, reliability, availability and operational risk
- Manage O&M; contractors, OEMs, service agreements and warranties
- Drive OPEX control, lifecycle planning and outage management
- Ensure operational, safety and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with Trading, Engineering and Commercial teams
- Help shape the long-term asset operations strategy as the portfolio grows
What we're looking for
- Experience in asset operations or management across BESS, renewables, power generation or major electrical infrastructure
- Solid commercial, contractual and contractor-management skills
- Understanding of HV infrastructure, operational safety and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with the Australian NEM and energy trading interfaces
- A proactive, commercially minded leader who can challenge service providers and make informed owner-side decisions
