- Partner the CEO through significant growth and transformation
- Shape workforce strategy, capability and organisational effectiveness
- Senior P&C; leadership role within a complex, multi-site environment
Our client is a significant national provider of health services, with a large, highly qualified and geographically dispersed workforce. Under new leadership, the business is entering an important period of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the CEO and operating as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the General Manager, People & Culture will lead the people agenda, elevating the function to be strategic, commercially focused and closely connected to the operational needs of the business.
A particular priority will be strategic workforce planning and modelling, ensuring the organisation has the workforce capacity and capability required to support its growth ambitions.
The role will also lead initiatives across organisational development, leadership and talent, career and capability frameworks, learning, succession, employee experience and employer brand/EVP.
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded P&C; leader who combines solid strategic capability with sound operational foundations. You will be credible at the executive table, but equally comfortable engaging with frontline leaders and understanding the realities of a dispersed clinical workforce.
Collaborative, pragmatic and proactive, you will bring the judgement to influence strategy while remaining close enough to the business to translate plans into action.
