Job Description: PeopleSoft Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate should have robust technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and PeopleSoft integrations, along with experience in troubleshooting and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications based on business requirements.

Create and enhance PeopleCode programs, Application Engine processes, Component Interfaces, and SQR reports.

Develop and maintain integrations using Integration Broker and other PeopleSoft integration tools.

Write and optimize SQL queries and database procedures.

Support application enhancements, defect fixes, testing, and production issues.

Perform debugging, root-cause analysis,



and performance tuning.

Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver solutions.

Prepare technical documentation and follow development standards.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft application development.

Strong knowledge of PeopleTools and PeopleCode.

Experience with Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.

Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.

Experience with SQR, PeopleSoft Query, and XML Publisher/BI Publisher.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft customization, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
