About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Recruitment Consultant to join our growing agency team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the rapid-paced nature of healthcare recruitment and has proven experience sourcing nurses and support staff into agency roles.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates while ensuring high-quality placements across multiple clinical specialties.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit agency nurses and support workers across:
- Theatre
- Critical Care (ICU, ED, CCU)
- General and specialist nursing
- Support workers
- End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, support staff
- Manage and grow an active candidate pool for agency shifts
- Ensure all candidates meet AHPRA, compliance, and credentialing requirements
- Work closely with workforce and operations teams to meet client staffing needs
About You:
- Proven experience recruiting nurses within an agency or healthcare recruitment environment (essential)
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for theatre, critical care, and support workers
- Strong knowledge of Australian healthcare compliance and credentialing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Results-driven with a proactive and skilled approach
