As a Neuropsychologist with the Transitional Aged Care Program, you will play a vital role in assessing and supporting the cognitive, emotional and behavioural wellbeing of older adults undergoing short-term restorative care.
In this role, you will:

- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills when addressing complex cognitive and psychosocial presentations.
- Is committed to supporting clients to achieve their individual goals.
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel across the SWSLHD District to see clients in their own homes.
