Some of your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following:Manage day-to-day operationsHands on management role, customer service focusedRecruitment and staff trainingEnsuring high levels of team performanceWe are looking for candidates with the following qualities:Relevant Diploma qualification and/or 1-3 years of relevant employment experience;Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;Must work well in a team environment;Positive attitude and passion for cooking;Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.Job Type: Permanent Full-timeSalary Package: $80,000 to $90,000 plus Super depending on qualifications and experience.
