You will need to take the lead in making decisive yet commercially driven decisions for your business. Your ability to engage with other departmental staff and our external service providers is paramount to your success.Ideally you will have come from a food and beverage background in a multi-disciplined, innovative hospitality company and thrive on taking the lead to get things done. You excel at dealing with operational challenges in a tightly resourced environment and the people issues that comes with this business.
