Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking the successful delivery of a critical cyber security operations uplift project within an MSP, PRINCE2, and Agile governance framework, ensuring project baselines are met and advantages are fully realised.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate project activities and resource allocations to deliver required outcomes within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget baselines.

- Liaise closely with key project stakeholders, including Program Managers, Program Directors, Product Owners, Senior Users, Senior Suppliers, and executive management.

- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, conflicts, priorities, and formal change requests.

- Monitor and control project finances, budget allocations, and financial reporting.

- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project or relevant PPM tools.

- Provide clear direction, leadership, and ongoing support for the multi-disciplinary project team.

- Produce high-quality project documentation in accordance with organisational policies within an Agile, PRINCE2, and MSP governance framework.

- Ensure robust project governance, assurance activities, communication plans, organisational change management plans,



and benefit realisation frameworks are established and maintained.

About You

- PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification is mandatory.

- Proven track record delivering ICT projects within structured public or private sector environments.

- Recent experience delivering projects relating to cyber security operations, ICT infrastructure implementation, and migration initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience managing projects involving complex procurement, large-scale services engagements, and vendor management.

- Familiarity with cyber security frameworks and standards, such as NIST CSF and Information Security Policy (IS18).

- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tools.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and team leadership capabilities within an Agile, PRINCE2, and MSP governance framework.
