What you will do
- Welcome and check in patients, providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and SMS enquiries
- Coordinate and confirm appointments, follow up recalls and cancellations, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support the team by staying on top of admin tasks, stock levels, and general reception upkeep.
- Cross-train and upskill to assist in other areas when needed — teamwork is key here!
What you will bring
- You must have previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator
- Dental or Medical Reception experience is highly desirable
- Strong customer focus!
- Ability to multi-task and juggle competing tasks
- Thrive in a busy, quick-paced work environment
