CRM & Data Coordinator - 0.8 Part-Time to Full-Time Position

About the Role

Animal Welfare League SA (AWL) is seeking a CRM & Data Coordinator to join our Marketing and Fundraising team on a full time or 0.8 FTE part-time position.

Working closely with the Marketing and Fundraising Manager, you will play a key role in managing AWL's Salesforce CRM, supporter data and digital marketing systems to support fundraising, donor engagement and community campaigns.

This role combines CRM administration, data analytics, audience segmentation and digital campaign support to help strengthen relationships with supporters and maximise fundraising outcomes. Through accurate data, meaningful insights and effective campaign delivery, your work will help AWL connect more people with our mission and create positive outcomes for animals in need.

Your work will directly contribute to AWL's vision of a community where animals and their people are protected, supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and optimise AWL's Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and effective use across the organisation.

- Coordinate campaign data, audience segmentation and supporter journeys for fundraising and marketing initiatives.

- Develop reports, dashboards and insights to support decision-making and campaign performance.

- Analyse supporter and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

- Support digital marketing activities across Meta, Google and other platforms.

- Manage marketing automation, campaign workflows and system integrations.

- Coordinate testing,



tracking and performance measurement to improve supporter engagement and return on investment.

- Ensure supporter data is accurate, secure and managed in line with legislative requirements.

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Experience administering and maintaining a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.

- Strong understanding of data management, segmentation and quality assurance.

- Experience supporting marketing, fundraising, customer or supporter campaigns.

- Ability to analyse performance data and provide practical recommendations.

- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fundraising or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Desirable

- Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar marketing automation platforms.

- Experience with CRM integrations and enterprise data platforms.

- Understanding of donor journeys, fundraising appeals and supporter stewardship.

- Experience using Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

- Understanding of digital fundraising and email marketing platforms.
