Baptiste and Tenjo have just joined The Apollo Restaurant Group at Wunderlich Lane, and our next stop is Manly. We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager and two Assistant Restaurant Managers to join the opening leadership team. You’ll help shape a recent restaurant from day one and build a team you’re proud of, right at the start of the group’s next chapter.

- Assistant Restaurant Manager | Operations Take ownership of daily operations, lead busy services and support the team to deliver consistently great hospitality.

- Assistant Restaurant Manager | People & Development Help build our opening team and shape its culture. You'll lead onboarding, training and development while remaining hands-on in service, coaching and supporting your team as they grow.

Who we're looking for

You'll bring leadership experience from a busy, quality-driven restaurant, a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to bring out the best in people.
For our Restaurant Manager role, you'll have proven operational and commercial management experience. For our ARM positions, you'll be an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor ready for your next challenge.
