White Noise Communications | Subiaco, Perth | Full-time

We're looking for a creative and talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our team at White Noise Communications.

We're after someone who knows their way around a camera, loves a good edit and has a great eye for design. Video will be your main focus, but we'd also love someone who can lend a hand to our design team and get involved in other creative projects.

We work with a mix of corporate clients, so there's always something different happening. You could be out filming an event one day, editing interviews the next or working with our designers on a new campaign.

It's a hands-on role with plenty of variety, and we're looking for someone who's happy to get stuck in, share ideas and be part of the team.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with our Head of Creative and the wider creative and communications teams.

Your work will include:

- Planning, shooting and editing video content from start to finish.

- Filming interviews, corporate videos, events and content for social media.

- Creating motion graphics, animations and other video content.

- Taking photos at events, on location and for corporate headshots.

- Helping our design team with social media graphics, presentations and other creative materials.

- Adapting designs and content for different platforms.

- Getting involved in creative ideas, storyboards and campaign planning.

- Looking after the technical side of shoots, including cameras, lighting and audio.

- Managing your projects and making sure everything is delivered on time.

What We're Looking For

Someone who genuinely enjoys creating things and takes pride in their work.

You'll be confident filming and editing,



have a good understanding of design and be comfortable working on a few different projects at once.

We're a team-oriented team, so we're looking for someone who's easy to work with, happy to share ideas and willing to help out when needed.

Ideally, you'll have:

- 1–2 years' experience in videography, video editing or a similar role.

- A portfolio of video work that shows us what you can do.

- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and the ability to help with graphic design work.

- A good eye for layout, typography, composition and the little details that make creative work stand out.

- Experience with photography, lighting and audio.

- Confidence running shoots and working with clients.

- Good time management and the ability to juggle a few projects.

- A positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn.

If you've worked in an agency or corporate environment before, that's a bonus, but we're more interested in your ability and the work you've produced.
