ARB is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in South Hedland, WA!

If you enjoy helping people, have a passion for cars and 4WDs, or are simply looking to kick-start your career in sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

No previous automotive experience? No worries! We're happy to train the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting customers with 4WD accessories and product enquiries.

- Handling sales enquiries in-store, over the phone and via email.

- Preparing quotes, sales orders and invoices.

- Helping customers choose the right accessories for their vehicles.

- Coordinating with the workshop team for accessory installations.

- Following up on customer orders and enquiries.

- Maintaining showroom displays and assisting with stock control.

- Working with the team to achieve sales targets.

What We're Looking For

- A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- Great communication and customer service skills.

- An interest in cars, 4WDs or the outdoor lifestyle.





- Basic computer skills and good attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous retail or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential – freshers are welcome to apply!
