Job Description

Experienced Project Manager is required for commercial projects across Adelaide. Your new company Hays is partnering with an established South Australian business with a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Adelaide.

Due to continued growth and upcoming project requirements, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative business where you will have ownership of your projects and work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients to ensure successful delivery. Your recent role

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover

Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and suppliers Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and variations Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders

Working closely with Site Managers and Supervisors to ensure successful project delivery Monitoring project progress, quality, safety and commercial performance Managing project documentation, reporting and contractual requirements

Identifying and resolving programme,



design and construction issues throughout delivery What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will have:

Previous experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction sector Demonstrated experience successfully delivering commercial projects Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and project delivery

Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders Good commercial awareness across budgets, procurement and variations Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail Relevant construction, building or project management qualifications will be highly regarded What you'll get in return
