MecwaCare is a leading not-for-profit organisation that has been supporting Victorians for more than 65 years.
We began with a easy belief that older people in our community deserve care, dignity and a place to belong. Founded by a group of neighbourhood volunteers in 1959, we continue to build on that same spirit of connection and care.
Today, we are privileged to support 20,000 Victorians through our residential aged care homes, retirement villages, home care and community services.
Our people are what makes us who we are, and we proudly represent more than 70 nationalities across our workforce of more than 4,300 employees and 500 volunteers.
As a purpose led organisation, we reinvest in our services to strengthen, grow and innovate, ensuring we continue to put people first, today and for generations to come.
We do not accept applications via email. Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship and recruitment agencies need not to reach out. All successful candidates must possess or be willing to undergo and pass a National Police Check and other relevant checks.
