About the role

You will be assisting our Property Management team with the leasing and inspection process across our rental portfolio. No two days are the same, so this role will suit someone who enjoys variety, can think on their feet and loves working with both tenants and landlords.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Scheduling appointments
• Processing tenancy applications
• Replying to emails
• Conducting routine inspections
• Conducting ingoing inspections
• Providing outstanding customer service to tenants, landlords and prospective applicants

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
• A strong customer service focus

• A strong work ethic and desire to progress in real estate
