The opportunity

Our client is an AI-powered fintech that gives CFOs of mid-market and enterprise companies the data, insights and execution they need to make better financial decisions, all in one platform.

They’ve built a cutting-edge product in a short space of time, and the results speak for themselves. They’re completely bootstrapped, already at $1.7 million in profit, and now going through a raise.

It’s a tight, social team that likes to have fun, working hybrid with 2 to 3 days in the office. They’re on their third office move in two years, purely because they keep outgrowing the space.

Now is the time to come on board and ride that wave. You’ll be led by a Chief Revenue Officer who is proven, well respected in the industry, and a true servant leader,



someone who will invest in you, coach you, and make you a better salesperson.

The role

This is a new business role where you have all of teh Australia market to target. You’ll find and open new opportunities with finance leaders, bring them onto the platform, and grow those accounts over time.

You’ll have support managing the delivery side, so you can stay focused on what you do best: building relationships and closing.

Remuneration

Circa $150K (Negoibale on exp) + Super - 20% comms on all sales

- ESOP / equity options

Why this one is different

The average deal is around 15K, but deals can go as high as $500K, and you earn 20% of the revenue you bring in. On top of that, there are trailing commissions on the accounts you grow, and an ESOP is in the works.

What you’ll bring

- At least 18 to 24 months in a new business role

- Experience selling into the financial services ecosystem, or to CFOs and finance teams

- The grit and consistency to show up week in, week out

- Adaptability, and a real appetite to learn in a quick-moving startup|.
