Since 2011, we’ve been committed to excellence, and as we continue to grow, we're looking for an experience Linehaul HC Driver to join our team at our depot in Archerfield. About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you’ll report directly to the Operations Manager at Archerfield and doing intrastate driving to Roma, MT Isa and Charters Towers, Rockhampton backload as required. Departs on a Friday and returns on a Tuesday.

Note: This role is paid kms rate along with applicable unload and overnight allowances. In addition, you may be required to work public holidays (e.g. Christmas and Easter) with extra public holiday rates applying.

This is a full-time, immediate start position where you'll be part of a team that values safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Incident-Free Operations: Work safely with full support from the JDRT team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

- Multi Drop Deliveries: to customer sites

- Hand unload: direct into customer stores using electric pallet jack

- Cold Chain Management: Handle chilled and frozen goods, ensuring all temperature requirements are met (training provided!).

- Paperwork Precision: Complete delivery documentation as per company policy to ensure smooth operations.

- Vehicle Care:



Maintain and look after company vehicles to ensure they stay in tip-top condition.

About You:

- You’ve got an HC/MC license and experience delivering to regional areas/distribution centres.

- BFM accredited (Essential).

- Safety is a top priority for you—on the road and in the workplace.

- You have a proven track record of reliability and punctuality—you take pride in showing up on time and delivering results.

- A customer service mindset comes naturally to you, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

- You bring a high level of integrity and professionalism to everything you do.

- You have a strong passion for delivering great service and keeping operations running smoothly.
