Site Manager – 100+ Townhouse Project
Southport | $200k – $240k + Super + Vehicle

A well-established Queensland construction business is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a major 100+ townhouse development in Southport.

This is a genuine start-to-finish opportunity, with the successful candidate overseeing the project from early works through to completion and handover.

The Role You will take overall ownership of the site, managing the day-to-day delivery of the project and leading the site team, subcontractors and trades.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the project from commencement through to completion
- Leading site teams, subcontractors and trades
- Managing daily site operations, programming and sequencing
- Ensuring quality, safety and programme requirements are met
- Coordinating with Project Managers, Contracts Administrators and consultants
- Managing subcontractor performance and resolving site issues
- Monitoring progress against programme and key milestones
- Running site meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder communication
- Ensuring the project is delivered to a high standard through to final handover

About You The ideal candidate will have:





- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large townhouse or residential projects
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology, programming and site management
- The ability to lead large teams and coordinate multiple trades
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A robust focus on safety, quality and programme delivery

Experience delivering large-scale townhouse developments will be highly regarded.
