About the role
The Manager, Data and Analytics Delivery is a senior leadership role within the Forensics and Information Management Branch (FIMB). Reporting to the Director of FIMB, the role forms part of the Corporate Services Division at the State Revenue Office (SRO).

In this position, you'll play a key role in leading the design and delivery of a range of data products and services aimed at improving data quality, enhancing data analytics and reporting solutions and increasing self-service to support transformational and operational outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading the design and delivery of approved operational and transformational initiatives
- Collaborating with key business stakeholders
- Defining and managing scope, cost, delivery expectations, risks and stakeholder communication
- Identifying,



measuring and realising business benefits and value for money
- Supporting successful adoption through change management, transition planning, user readiness, training, education and post-implementation support.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Extensive leadership experience in building, developing and sustaining engaged, capable and high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering data products and services, including data management, data quality, analytics, reporting and self-service solutions.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Highly developed strategic, conceptual and analytical skills.
