Working within a busy production workshop, you'll be involved in the manufacture of hardware, steel components and custom metal products.
This is a hands-on position offering fulltime hours with overtime at a well-established local manufacturer.
About the role
- MIG welding and fabrication of steel components
- Reading and working from drawings and work instructions
- Grinding, finishing and assembly of fabricated products
- Maintaining quality standards and workshop safety
Requirements
- Previous 2nd Class welding experience
- Competent MIG welding skills
- Ability to read basic workshop drawings
- Positive work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transport to work
