You don't need to know everything or have years of experience. What matters is your approach, your commitment to children and your willingness to grow.

About You
Ideally, you'll have:

- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent, or be working towards completion
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, collaborative approach
- A commitment to child safety and quality practice
- A current NSW Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one

Child Safeguarding
We’re looking for individuals who understand, adhere to and promote the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and actively contribute to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.

Child safeguarding methods include, but are not limited to:

- NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
- Thorough screening
- Reference checks
- National criminal history check
