Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available to join our Operations team as a Transport Scheduler based at Acacia Ridge. We are searching for an individual who prides themselves on safe and compliant scheduling with a positive, can-do attitude. Prior transport experience is essential.

Your primary role will be planning resources, fleet allocation and co-ordination of our overall transport movements. This is a full-time, permanent position with rosters promoting good work/life balance.

The successful applicant will work in a team responsible for:

- Day to day operations of our fleet involving road,



rail and wharf services

- Timely and effective scheduling with explicit communications provided

- Maintenance planning and coordination with the workshop team

- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders

- Preparation of relevant transport documentation & paperwork

- Safety focused leadership

- Job management in our Transport Management System (TMS)

- Assisting other team members and departments as required

The successful candidate needs to have the below attributes:

- Prior transport and supply chain knowledge

- Reliable, flexible and team orientated mindset

- High attention to detail

- Sound experience in Microsoft programs

- Excellent time management skills
