OVERVIEW:
Our client is a Perth-based, multi-disciplined firm that delivers project management, facilities and asset management across a wide range of asset classes. They provide comprehensive facilities programs and capital project initiatives across both minor civil and building projects.

If you like keeping jobs moving, you’ll fit right in. Our client is looking for a Project Officer to coordinate projects, minor works and facilities maintenance across civil and building works, from the first Work Order through to close-out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and coordinate projects, minor works and maintenance across minor civil and building works, including schedules, Work Orders and close-out
- Manage correspondence, meeting actions, status reports and handover documents
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Support scopes, procurement and tender packages
- Review maintenance job reports, spot follow-on work and support invoice checks
- Track variations, delays, risks and defects, and support quotes, forecasts and progress claims

CRITERIA

- 3+ years in project coordination,client-side project management (minor civil works and building works), facilities maintenance, minor works,



construction or a similar environment
- Experience managing subcontractors, trade packages or Work Orders
- Strong organisation and document control
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritise, follow through and raise issues early
- Confidence with Microsoft 365 and Work Order or document-control systems
- Current C Class driver’s licence
- Construction Industry White Card (or willingness to get one)
