As our Lead Educator, you'll mentor and support your team, create engaging learning experiences, work alongside an experienced Centre Director and Educational Leader, and help shape a positive centre culture.

We are also looking for Educators to join this great team!

About the Role:

- Lead, coach and mentor educators.
- Deliver engaging educational programs aligned to the EYLF.
- Build strong relationships with children and families.
- Create secure, inclusive learning environments.
- Support continuous improvement and quality outcomes.

Essential Requirements:

Qualifications

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or recognised equivalent at Children’s Services Employee Level 4+)
OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with the required long day care experience

Experience (within a long day care setting)

- For Lead Educators you need to hold a Diploma and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Lead Educator role.
- For Educators we are looking for Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Diploma or working towards Diploma.
- Graduate Diploma/Master of Teaching:



3–4 years' Educator experience or 2+ years' Lead Educator experience in Australian long day care.
- Experience leading a room in a long day care setting
- Confidence mentoring other educators
- Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF
- Passion for creating engaging learning environments

Compliance Documentation

- Working with Children Check, mandatory
- National Child Safety Training (GECCKO)
- Foundations & Advanced

- RRHAN Fundamentals & Masterclass (SA where applicable)
- ACT Child Abuse and Neglect Training (where applicable)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
