Qualifications & experience

- Extensive Support at Home Package knowledge

- Ability to effectively manage budgets, waitlists

- Ensure consumer care and case coordination is performed in accordance with the best practice standards & legislation

- Demonstrated Aged Care experience would be an advantage

- Excellent time management with established case load

- National Police Check

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Tasks & responsibilities

- Part Time - Monday to Friday. Great career chance in the Aged Care sector.

- Client focused position within an ever growing industry
