The Opportunity

We have an exciting prospect for a part-time Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Chinchilla Christian College, commencing in Term 1, January 2027.

Our Kindergarten offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that encourage children to explore the world around them and offers a play-based program that inspires young minds to grow, experiment and learn new skills.

As the Early Childhood Educator,



you will assist the Kindergarten Teacher and Director with the day to day running of the Kindergarten.

Remuneration

As a you will receive a remuneration package circa $61,857 - $70,776 (depending on experience and qualifications) plus super per annum.

Qualities, Qualifications, Skills

You will be required to:

- Provide a current Christian church leader as a referee.

- Hold or working towards, an ACECQA-approved Certificate III in early childhood education and care, or a formally recognised equivalent appropriate to the position.

- Support the College's mission, aims and values.

- Be innovative and enthusiastic.

- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, with an ability to effectively prioritise.

- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

- Hold current Australian work authorisation
