The role
As a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle and deliver an exceptional experience from first enquiry to handover.
- Manage the full sales journey, from enquiry to vehicle delivery
- Build strong relationships and understand customer needs
- Deliver professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up enquiries and create opportunities through proactive engagement
- Work with our finance and aftermarket teams to maximise customer outcomes
- Meet and exceed performance targets
- Keep your product and market knowledge sharp
About you
You bring energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for helping people. You’ll ideally have:
- Vehicle sales experience (preferred, but not essential if you’re motivated and eager to learn)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, resilient, results-driven mindset
- Excellent organisation and time-management
