Custom Lithium is an Australian-owned manufacturer and supplier of premium lithium battery systems for caravans, 4WDs, off-grid applications, RVs and commercial vehicles. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced 12 Volt Specialist to join our Customer Service Team at our Brendale headquarters.

This is not a retail counter sales role. We are looking for someone who understands 12-volt systems and enjoys helping customers find the right solution while delivering exceptional service.

About the Role

As a 12 Volt Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking advice, quotations, technical support and product information. You will work closely with our sales, workshop and manufacturing teams to ensure customers receive accurate advice and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, Teams and online channels.

- Provide technical advice on 12-volt systems, lithium batteries, solar, DC-DC chargers, inverters and power management systems.

- Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities.

- Assist customers with product selection and system design recommendations.

- Coordinate customer orders and liaise with workshop and production teams.

- Manage warranty enquiries and technical troubleshooting.

- Maintain accurate customer records within company systems.

- Support the achievement of daily sales and customer service KPIs.





- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to installation and after-sales support.

About You

Essential

- Strong knowledge of low-voltage DC electrical systems, including 12V, 24V and 48V applications.

- Experience with lithium batteries, solar systems, DC-DC chargers, inverters, battery management systems and power distribution systems operating below 120V DC.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to explain technical information in a simple and professional manner.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Highly Regarded

- Experience within the caravan, RV, camping, or 4WD industry.

- Auto electrical experience.

- Experience using ServiceM8, Shopify and CRM systems.

- Sales experience within a technical environment.
