About The Role

Marketing Coordinator – Full time or Part-Time – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to become a key part of the Burwell team.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play an important role in coordinating and delivering Burwell's national marketing activities. You will help develop and maintain our brand across digital, print, social media, website, communications and promotional channels.

This role would suit someone who enjoys combining creativity, organisation and strategic thinking, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for building brands and engaging customers.

You will work closely with our management team, external designers, suppliers and other creative partners to ensure Burwell's marketing is consistent, professional and aligned with our brand.

We are open to this position being offered on either a full-time or part-time basis for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and deliver Burwell's national marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Develop and coordinate high-quality marketing collateral for promotions, events, advertising,



product launches and public relations.

- Produce video content for marketing purposes

- Create and coordinate engaging content across digital and traditional marketing channels.

- Maintain and update Burwell's website content, ensuring information is current, accurate and aligned with our brand.

- Manage and coordinate Burwell's social media presence, including content planning, scheduling and engagement.

- Assist with the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.

- Conduct market, competitor and digital marketing research to identify new opportunities and trends.

- Work with external graphic designers, printers, photographers, suppliers and other creative service providers to deliver marketing materials.

- Ensure consistency and integrity of the Burwell brand across all marketing and communications.

- Coordinate marketing projects from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

- Develop and maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules and content plans.

- Support product launches, trade shows, events and promotional activities.

- Assist with photography, video and other content creation as required.

- Monitor marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Track and report on key marketing performance indicators.

- Work closely with the management and sales teams to understand business objectives and develop marketing initiatives that support growth.

- Identify opportunities to improve Burwell's marketing presence, customer engagement and brand awareness.

- Provide creative input and fresh ideas to strengthen the Burwell brand.

- Maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail across all marketing activities.





- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of work.

What You'll Need To Succeed

- Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or similar marketing role.

- Qualification in Marketing

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation.

- Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience managing website content and social media platforms.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for presentation and branding.

- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- A creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas and fresh perspectives.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team.

- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of projects.

- A professional, friendly and positive approach when working with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- A genuine interest in learning about our products, customers and industry.

- A commitment to following safe working practices.
