This position is ideal for a Veterinary Nurse looking for a Part time non nursing role whilst still assisting the veterinary community. The position can suit school hours for an appropriate candidate. Training in the position duties will be provided.
This role provides support to our customers in Veterinary Hospitals, Universities, Zoos and Animal Facilities.
The position entails assisting customers to arrange service of equipment, provide clinical advice and trouble-shooting in response to enquiries. Liaise between veterinary professionals and our service & technical teams located in Gladesville NSW
The position is available for immediate start.

About you
- Qualified Veterinary Nurse with clinical experience in anaesthesia
- Experience in customer support or client engagement is preferred.
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of people.
- Enthusiasm for anaesthesia and monitoring equipment, its’ applications and clinical use
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in Excel, Word & Access (database) desirable
