Contract Manager - Building Services

Salary up to $200,000 + Super (Negotiable based on experience)

A well-established building services contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of integrated maintenance services across a complex, high-profile commercial asset in Perth.

This is a senior leadership position suited to a commercially minded building services professional who can balance operational excellence, technical expertise, financial performance and stakeholder management.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of a significant maintenance portfolio, ensuring the safe, effective and profitable delivery of services across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the day-to-day performance of a major building services maintenance contract
- Leading and developing supervisors, technicians and subcontractors
- Driving a strong safety and compliance culture
- Managing budgets, forecasts and contract profitability
- Contract administration, scope management and variations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Coordinating reactive maintenance and minor works projects
- Ensuring service delivery standards are achieved across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Services

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:





- Trade or Engineering qualifications within Building Services
- Strong technical understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire systems
- Experience managing maintenance contracts within commercial, healthcare, hospitality, government or large-scale facilities environments
- Proven leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- The ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, high-demand environment
